GS:IN THE NAME OF VERONKA SCHEFFER: I DENOUNCE YOU, CARDINAL PELL

The below was emailed to Cardinal Pell on Wednesday 11/4/12

..................................................................................................

IN THE NAME OF VERONKA SCHEFFER:  I DENOUNCE YOU, CARDINAL PELL!

You have had well over 24 hours to respond: you are not going to, are you? You are too busy opening some art gallery or whatever ....I barely hear on the news.

Plainly you do not have a visage of my gorgeous 4 year old aunty Veronka Scheffer to disturb you.

I never knew this lovely, adorable little girl; she was murdered by the German Nazis 2 years before I was born.

As I wrote earlier - I impeach the horrible visage your public utterance gave me - how ''No people have suffered in history as much as the German people.''

I condemn the utter ahistorical asinine absurd study in comparative obscenity that you so glibly, deliberately conjured.

I denounce you as being contemptuous of basic humanity - in daring to make such a comparison  - then to make sure no one misunderstood - essentialy refuseing to withdraw it via:

''Yes - the Jews too''
Mind you - this pathetic non - vitiation came about only because you were confronted with a very basic synopsis of the Jews and the ultimate horror of the holocaust by comperer Tony Jones!
Oh yes - I think I am beginning you understand you now Cardinal your eminence!

The German Nazis just had enough time to kill her before the German Nazis were routed. my mother used to tell me how this child - whose life was snuffed out in those German gas chambers and incineration machinery of Auschwitz, looked to her as a mother figure.
They adored each other,  Cardinal Pell.
  1. I guess you can see the 50 million dead the German Nazis [quote you on Q and A] caused. But not Veronka or the six million.
  2. No - you can see only how terrible it must have been for the German Nazis to drag  her innocent tiny body ready for Jewish workers to throw her into the incinerator!!
  3. No - you can see how terrible it must have been to perchance  make soap of her!!
  4. No - you can see how terrible it must have been to perchance  make lampshades of her beautiful skin!!
  5. No - you can see how terrible it must have been for Germans to perchance  use her hair as a wig!!
  6. No - I guess you can vitiate all traces of her and the Six Million by contemplating how the German Nazis suffered post traumatic stress disorder because too many Jews survived!
  7. No - I guess you contemplated how terrible it must have been for the German Nazi to come home after a hard day at the death factory!
  8. How difficult to describe how maybe they 'did their backs in' as they watched  Jews throw her body into the incinerator!
  9. 'Poor' Germans - pathetic you!
  10. At least the modern - day Germans would have possibly had you arrested for essentially denying the holocaust! You deserve it Cardinal: you are more influential than the sick, unsubtle David Irving.

BUT I AM HERE CARDINAL: MY PARENTS SO OBVIOUSLY SURVIVED - AND I AM HERE  TO HURL MY EPITHETS AT YOU AND THE CHURCH FOR ACTS OF
OMMISSION AND COMMISSION BY THE UNPIUS POPES ET AL!!@^#%#$@
x. That is - the tenth of the pius ones methinks?

To the shame of your church they have chosen to refuse all  entreaties to admit what Pius and others  did_ it resides in your archives, Cardinal!
While you are about it - why don't you read the article in The Australian//////////////see link below!
And my unanswerable email re your archives--- wherein you have stored Jewish religious items you have plundered!!
See my email on the very bottom of these files!
Answer me, Cardinal!

To the shame of - you claim him sinless - like all other popes - even those who murdered Jews as they plaintively refused to be converted under the so - called Crusades!
And there are hundreds more acts of murder and mayhem they were responsible for. Sinless  - huh?

Tell me Cardinal - which of the major religions have ever done anything to the other two?
My people have suffered from being OFFICIALLY demonized by your Church: thus the denoument on this via an earlier papal encyclical.
To his credit - it was Pope Paul xxiii?

But you come along - and further besmirch your Church's  reputation!
You have a lot to answer for - I hold in Limbo why I think you did this!

I send you  the Prime Minister of Israel's speech recently: NEVER AGAIN CARDINAL!!
NEVER AGAIN WILL OUR PEOPLE TOLERATE THIS OBSCENE TAILORED  GARBAGE FROM YOU !

Read the speech Cardinal - it has salience for you!

PM Netanyahu Speech at AIPAC

I want to thank you for this wonderful reception. With applause that could be heard as far away as Jerusalem. That's Jerusalem, the eternal united capital of Israel.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, Howard and thank you, Rosy. Thank you, Michael and all the leadership of AIPAC. Thank you for everything that you do. Now, I know that more than half of the members of Congress are in attendance here tonight. I deeply appreciate your being here.
Michael, you said that I spoke last May in Congress, and when I did, you, the members of Congress, stood up to applaud the state of Israel. So now, I ask -- you can applaud, but now I want a special applause. I want to ask the 13,000 supporters of the state of Israel to stand up and applaud the representatives of the United States for standing up with Israel!
Democrats and Republicans alike, I salute your unwavering support for the Jewish state. Thank you. I want to send a special message to a great friend of Israel who is not here tonight, Senator Mark Kirk, the co-author of the Kirk-Menendez Iran Sanctions Act.
Senator Kirk, I know you are watching this tonight. Please get well soon. America needs you. Israel needs you. I send you best wishes for a speedy recovery.
Ladies and gentlemen, I also want to recognize tonight, Yossi Peled, who's with us. Yossi, would you please stand up? Yossi was born in Belgium. His parents hid him with a Christian family during the Holocaust in World War II.
His father and many other members of his family were murdered at Auschwitz. His mother survived the Holocaust, returned to reclaim Yossi and brought him to Israel. Yossi became one of Israel's greatest and bravest generals. Today, he serves as a minister in my cabinet.
Yossi's life is the story of the Jewish people, the story of a powerless and stateless people who became a strong and proud nation able to defend itself.
Ladies and gentlemen, Israel must always reserve the right to defend itself.
I want to recognize Israel's ambassador to the United States, Michael Oren. Michael, you are doing an outstanding job. I thank you for everything you are doing for our country and thank you for everything you are doing for the friendship between Israel and the United States.
I also want to recognize Ambassador Dan Shapiro, U.S. ambassador to Israel. You know, Dan, President Obama was right. Your Hebrew is improving. It's not up to par yet with Michael's English, but it is getting better. You have a way to go. And, Dan, we appreciate everything you've been doing to strengthen the alliance between our two countries. Thank you.
So are there any students here tonight?
A few, a few thousand. Anyone here from Florida? From New York? How about Wisconsin? That's important, I'll tell you about it later. From California? Well, you are the future. And thank you all for ensuring the future of the great alliance between Israel and the United States.
Ladies and gentlemen, tonight I would like to talk to you about a subject that no one has been talking about recently. Yes, Iran. Every day I open the newspapers and I read about all these red lines and timelines. I read about what Israel has supposedly decided to do or what Israel might do.
I'm not going to talk to you about what Israel will do or will not do. I never talk about that. But I do want to talk to you about the dangers of a nuclear armed Iran. I want to explain why Iran must never be allowed to develop nuclear weapons.
President Obama has reiterated his commitment to prevent that from happening. He stated clearly that all options are on the table and that American policy is not containment. Well, Israel has exactly the same policy. We're determined -- we're determined to prevent Iran from developing nuclear weapons. We leave all options on the table, and containment is definitely not an option.

The Jewish state will not allow those that seek our destruction to possess the means to achieve that goal. A nuclear armed Iran must be stopped!

Now, amazingly, some people refuse to acknowledge that Iran's goal is to develop nuclear weapons. Iran claims to do everything it's doing, that it's enriching uranium to develop medical isotopes. Yes, that's right.

A country that builds underground nuclear facilities, that develops intercontinental ballistic missiles, that manufactures thousands of centrifuges, and that absorbs crippling sanctions is doing all that in order to advance medical science.

You see, when that Iranian ICBM is flying through the air to a location near you, you have got nothing to worry about it. It's only carrying medical isotopes.

Ladies and gentlemen, if it looks like a duck, if it walks like a duck, if it quacks like a duck, then what is it? What is it? That's right. It's a duck, but this duck is a nuclear duck. It's time the world started calling a duck a duck.

Fortunately, President Obama and most world leaders understand that Iran's goal -- well, they understand that the claim that Iran's goal is not to develop nuclear weapons is simply ridiculous. Yet incredibly, some are prepared to accept an idea only slightly less preposterous, that we should accept a world in which the ayatollahs have atomic bombs.

Sure, they say Iran is cruel, but it's not crazy. It's detestable but it's deterrable. My friends, responsible leaders should not bet the security of their countries on the belief that the world's most dangerous regimes won't use the world's most dangerous weapons.

And I promise you that as prime minister, I will never gamble with the security of the state of Israel. Thank you.

From the beginning, the Ayatolah regime has broken every international rule, the norm and flouted every international rule. It seized embassies. It has targeted diplomats. It sends its own children through minefields. It hangs gays. It stones women. It supports Assad's brutal slaughter of the Syrian people.

It is the world's foremost sponsor of terrorism. It sponsors Hezbollah in Lebanon, Hamas in Gaza and terrorists throughout the Middle East, Africa, even South America. And Iran's proxies have dispatched hundreds of suicide bombers. They've planted thousands of roadside bombs. And they've fired over 20,000 missiles at civilians.

So through terror from the skies and terror on the ground, Iran is responsible for the murder of hundreds if not thousands of Americans. In 1983, Iran's proxy, Hezbollah, blew up the Marine barracks in Lebanon, killing 240 U.S. Marines. In the last decade, it's been responsible for murdering and maiming American soldiers in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Just a few months ago, it tried to assassinate the Saudi ambassador to the United States. This is in a restaurant just a few blocks from here. The assassins didn't care that several senators and congressmen would have been murdered in the process. Iran accuses -- now, this is real chutzpah. Iran accuses the American government of orchestrating 9/11. And that's as brazen as denying the Holocaust, which they do.

And Iran calls for Israel's destruction and they work for this destruction. They work for this every day, each day, relentlessly.

Now, I say all that to make one point clear. This is how Iran behaves today without nuclear weapons. Think of how they will behave tomorrow with nuclear weapons. Iran will be even more reckless and a lot more dangerous.

Now, there's been plenty of talk recently about the cost of stopping Iran. I think it's time we started talking about the costs of not stopping Iran!

A nuclear-armed Iran would dramatically increase terrorism by giving terrorists a nuclear umbrella. Let me try to explain to you what that means, a nuclear umbrella. It means that Iran's terror proxies, like Hezbollah and Hamas, will be emboldened to attack the United States and Israel and others because they'll be backed by a power that has atomic bombs.

So the terrorism we see today could grow 10-fold, if not more. A nuclear-armed Iran could choke off the world's oil supply. It could make real its threats to close the Straits of Hormuz. Now, if you're worried about the price of oil today, imagine how high oil prices could get once Iran, a nuclear-armed Iran, starts blackmailing the world. Then you'll really have a problem with oil prices!

And if Iran gets nuclear weapons, this would set off mad dash by Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Turkey and others to acquire nuclear weapons of their own. The world's most volatile region would become a nuclear tinderbox waiting to go off.

And here's the worst nightmare of all. With nuclear weapons, Iran could threaten all of us with nuclear terrorism. It could put a nuclear device in a ship heading to any port or in a truck parked in any city anywhere in the world.

I want you to think about what it would mean to have nuclear weapons in the hands of those -- these radicals who lead millions of people in chants of "Death to America" and "Death to Israel." I want you to think about all that.

And I'm sure that when you do, you'll reach a simple conclusion. For the sake of our prosperity, for the sake of our security, for the sake of our children, Iran must not be allowed to acquire nuclear weapons!
Now, of course, the best outcome would be if Iran decided to abandon its nuclear weapons program peacefully. No one would be happier than me and the people of Israel if Iran dismantles its program. But so far, that hasn't happened.

For 15 years, I've been warning that a nuclear-armed Iran is a grave danger to my country and to the peace and security of the entire world. For the last decade, the international community has tried diplomacy. It hasn't worked.

For six years, the international community has applied sanctions. That hasn't worked, either. I appreciate President Obama's recent efforts to impose even tougher sanctions against Iran. And these sanctions are hurting Iran's economy. But unfortunately, Iran's nuclear program continues to march forward.

My friends, Israel has waited, patiently waited for the international community to resolve this issue. We've waited for diplomacy to work. We've waited for sanctions to work. None of us can afford to wait much longer!

As prime minister of Israel, I will never let my people live in the shadow of annihilation!

Ladies and gentlemen, some commentators would have you believe that stopping Iran from getting the bomb is more dangerous than letting Iran have the bomb. They say that military confrontation with Iran would undermine the efforts already under way, that it would be ineffective and that it would provoke an even more vindictive response by Iran.

I have heard these arguments before. In fact, I've read them before. In my desk, I have copies of an exchange of letters between the World Jewish Congress and the U.S. War Department.  The year was 1944. The World Jewish Congressimplored the American government to bomb Auschwitz.

The reply came five days later. I want to read it to you. Quote, "Such an operation could be executed only by diverting considerable air support essential to the success of our forces elsewhere. And in any case, it would be of such doubtful efficacy that it would not warrant the use of our resources."

And my friends, here is the most remarkable sentence of all, and I quote. "Such an effort might provoke even more vindictive action by the Germans." Think about that, even more vindictive action than the Holocaust.

My friends, 2012 is not 1944. The American government today is different. It's different!

You heard that in President Obama's speech yesterday. But here's my point. The Jewish people are also different. Today we have a state of our own! And the purpose of the Jewish state is to defend Jewish lives and to secure the Jewish future!

Never again will the Jewish people be powerless and supplicants for our fate and our very survival! Never again!

That is why Israel must always have the ability to defend itself by itself against any threats.

My friends, we deeply appreciate the great alliance between our two countries. But when it come is to Israel's survival, we must always remain the masters of our fate!

Ladies and gentlemen, Israel's fate is to continue to be the forward position of freedom in the Middle East, the only place in the Middle East where minorities enjoy full civil rights, the only place in the Middle East where Arabs enjoy full civil rights!

Over one million citizens, Arab Citizens of Israel, enjoy full and equal civil rights, the only place in the Middle East where Christians are free to practice their faith, the only place in the Middle East where real judges protect the rule of law! And as prime minister of Israel, I will always protect Israel's democracy! Always!
And most especially, I will never tolerate any discrimination against women!

Ladies and gentlemen, this week, we'll read how one woman changed Jewish history. In synagogues throughout the world, the Jewish people will celebrate the festival of Purim. We will read how some 2,500 years ago, a Persian anti-Semite tried to annihilate the Jewish people. We will read how that plot was foiled by one courageous woman, Esther.

Well, you can applaud Esther. She deserves a little more!

My friends, in every generation, there are those who wish to destroy the Jewish people. In this generation, we are blessed to live at a time when there's a Jewish state capable of defending the Jewish people!

And we're doubly blessed to have so many friends like you, Jews and non-Jews alike who love the state of Israel and support its right to defend itself!

So as I leave you tonight I thank you for your friendship. I thank you for your courage. And I thank you for standing up for the one and only Jewish state!

Thank you all. Thank you, and happy Purim.

My letter to editor 2/3/12

Vatican releases part of secret files.

It is fascinating why merely only an arguably small part of the Vatican secret archives are being released.
" We don't want this material to be kept secret.'' -  Vatican archivist Ebnrico Flaiani said - claiming  that the archive is a ''mere victim of Latin lost in translation.''

Ref. The Wall Street Journal undated and The Australian on March 2, 2012

He insisted that  the decision to call the Archivum Secretum Vaticanum a ''secret archive'' was a mistake''
adding that the translation should have been ''personal archive.''

It is easy to be cynical - when documents dating from  to 1939 - the World War ll era of Pius Xll are ''locked behind metal fences.''

The Vatican apparently ''need time to index the files'' - under the aegis / excuse of  of ''papal prerogative.''
''Nice'' / non - controversial   documents - relating to Pope Paul Vl the Vatican  found time to index!
I guess the Vatican eventually will allow Jews to reclaim the tons of religious artifacts  the ancient Church plundered from Jewish Temple!
Or merely initially  allow the perusal of them! Under ''papal prerogative?''
