I refer to the my original email of 16 May below. Kindly confirm as to whether the ACT Police have given favourable treatment to the ANU scientists et al by not charging them with fraud as below.
This writer wants to ensure that valuable police resources are never again wasted by political agitators for the government;   Climate Scientists - like the Gillard government's Chief Scientist Chubb - and his acolyte  professor Will Steffen.
He has many acolytes: thousands studying and teaching 'Climate - Science' to our hapless youth. No wonder science is diminished!!

I guess it is poignant that Chubb has the 'chutzpah' to  decrie the fraud of university life that is obvious 'everywhere'!

These people plainly think they can get away with  creating a public nuisance that I would surely be charged for creating!


I now denounce the Chief Scientist as well - obviously for clearly creating - helping create, without any due care or semblance due diligence  a public nuisance:  AKA his quoted,m admitted comments in The Australian from May 3 et al.


I reiterate: I formally lodge herein a complaint alleging that the behaviour of these two people and possibly Professor David Karoly has been a public nuisance and a waste of Police resources at best by creating death threats being extant whereas they contrived to twist harmless emails into matters that would be police matters.
Do I have to fill in some sort of form - or will you kindly act on this epistle?


Which they ostensively were not to be - because I postulate they were not!


I know I would report death threats to police: seemingly if they did - they should be charged.


And if they did not - they should be formally told that it is unacceptable to call sceptics  the Holocaust horror of 'deniers' - and also accuse us of death threats that never were.
IT IS DEMONIZING A GROUP OF PEOPLE WHO SIMPLY WANT TO HAVE A DIFFERENT OPINION AND MERELY UNCOVER DISPARATE SCAMS THAT THESE SCIENTISTS PROMULGATE IN ORDER TO SUPPORT THE GOVERNMENT - FUNDED GRAVY TRAIN!!! 


The last time I looked - we still live in a free country - a simple democracy.

We can also have better networks, we need networks of communication so that vulnerable people like the very young and the very old are warned when a heat wave is predicted so they can get medical attention faster.

But there've also been direct aggressive and threatening events, physically threatening events to some of my staff. But there were a couple of incidents there which my staff interpreted as being threatening and I think they had very good reason to do so.

I refer to telephone conversation a few minutes ago.
  1. Kindly confirm as to whether there has been any reporting of /  investigation of death threats to Climate Change Professors / personel  at the ANU in 2009 - 10 or recently or curently. Or any other institution in your domain / ACT etc. And that etc. kindly elicits the question as to whether any police investigation has taken place in Australia in the above realm.
  2. And if as a result of official reporting as above by the ANU, etc.,  - or investigation of the matter by the ACT Police, whether any charges have been made.
  3. Given affirmative to any of above, whether any charges or cautions  or wraps over proverbial knuckles have been handed out.
  4. Oh - and one more question if you do not mind: given affirmative to any of the above - did the investigation proceed at a level beyond that of any modicum of seriousness /  or  high or low farce? In short - was it taken seriously when you saw the emails in question?
